“Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan” (TLCT)Open Joint Stock Company, acting as an operator of container transportation on the railway transport of our country, continues to carry out large-scale container transportation within the framework of international multimodal transport transit corridors.

In March 2025, the loading and unloading of 55 40-foot containers with various cargoes was carried out for the first time from the 1435 railway line to the 1520 railway line at the Altynkol border crossing from Xi’an station in the People’s Republic of China.

This container train, which departed from Kazakhstan, was reloaded onto Turkish platforms at the Etrek railway station in our country and sent to the Halkali railway station in the Republic of Turkey. The main feature of this container train is that it can only be transported by land (railway), which makes it the fastest container train.
