1. Interested parties (Applicants) are invited to: – submit a written application to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the firm, company, legal status, country of registration of the participant, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail address and bank details of the Representative (Applicant) in Turkmenistan, information on the company’s financial position for the last 3 (three) years, and detailed information about the company’s and its employees’ experience;

• Obtain the tender document package by paying 300 US dollars, including VAT.

The applicant must submit a tender application by April 18, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM local time.

2. All required documents must be in a sealed envelope with the project name indicated in the upper corner of the sealed envelope and sent to the address below:
