On October 6, a meeting took place between the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic, Toyly Komekov, and the Minister for Enterprises and “Made in Italy” Products, Urso Adolfo.

During the talks, the parties discussed the organization of a business forum involving Turkmen and Italian representatives from large private businesses, the public sector, financial and economic circles, as well as major Italian companies. The forum is scheduled to be held in October of this year in the Italian Republic.

In addition, the meeting addressed further steps to strengthen bilateral cooperation within the framework of international organizations and to develop relations in the trade and economic sphere. Special attention was given to plans for holding various events involving the heads of relevant ministries and agencies of both countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties exchanged their best wishes for peace and prosperity to the peoples of Turkmenistan and Italy, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening the partnership between the two states.
