International transportation from China to Azerbaijan via Turkmenistan has been launched

The first international multimodal container service has launched from the Chinese city of Kashgar along the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan route, according to UztemirYulKonteyner.
The logistics plan involves delivering cargo from Xi’an and Chengdu to Kashgar by rail. The containers are then transported by road from Kashgar to the Kyrgyz city of Osh. From Osh, the cargo travels by rail to the port of Turkmenbashy, from where it is shipped by sea to Baku.
