Representatives of JSC “Demiryollary” (“Turkmenistan Railways”) are taking part in the International Transport Exhibition InnoTrans 2024, which opened on September 24 in Berlin.

As reported on the “Demiryollary” website, on the sidelines of the exhibition, Turkmen specialists will hold meetings with such manufacturing companies as the Spanish railcar manufacturing company Talgo, the French engineering company Alstom, the Swiss company producing railway rolling stock Stadler Rail, the Czech company producing locomotives and trains Škoda Transportation, as well as the Croatian manufacturing company TZV Gredelj.

InnoTrans is a key event in the railway industry calendar. For Turkmen specialists, participation in the exhibition provides a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the latest innovations and advanced technologies in the world of railway transport. Studying innovations can play an important role in the modernization and further development of Turkmenistan’s transport infrastructure.

This year, the event brought together more than 2940 exhibitors from 59 countries, presenting innovative solutions in the field of railway technology, infrastructure and public transport.

The exhibition will last until September 27 and will present 226 world premieres, including hydrogen trains and electric buses, the source notes.
