Open Joint Stock Company “Demirýollary” has announced an open international tender for the design and turnkey construction of a wagon repair plant in the Kizylarvat etrap of the Balkan region with the improvement of the adjacent territory. This was reported by the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.

To participate in the tender, it is necessary to submit to JSC “Demirýollary”, located at the following address: Ashgabat, S. Turkmenbashi avenue, 7:

• an application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the applicant for participation, its legal status and details, and also attach to it the registration and statutory documents of the applicant, a power of attorney and a copy of the passport of the applicant’s representative;
• receive the lot specification and technical requirements;
• receive a package of tender documents;
• pay 200 US dollars (including 26.086 dollars – VAT) for the lot. The account for transferring funds will be indicated when submitting a written application. Packages with tender offers will be accepted for consideration only after the funds have been received into the account of JSC Demirýollary.

Note: tender documents will not be accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones.

Tender documents must be submitted separately in two packages (technical and commercial offer) to the above address from 9:00 to 18:00 local time daily in offices 310, 306 of JSC Demirýollary (3rd floor).

The deadline for submitting tender offers is 30 (thirty) working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
