  1. The Government of Turkmenistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Turkmenistan Maritime Transport Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for \u201cDesign, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers and One Dry Cargo Vessel\u201d. This project will be jointly financed by the OPEC Fund.<\/li>
  2. The \u201cTurkmendenizderyayollary\u201d Agency invites eligible proposers to submit sealed proposals for:<\/li>
  3. Desing, supply, management for construction and deliver of 2 (two) RO-RO Rail Wagon Carriers one (1) Dry Cargo Vessel,<\/li>
  4. Improvement of Balkan Shipyard’s (Turkmenistan) capabilities through the provision\/procurement of the following items:<\/li><\/ol>
